This page (elviso.tech/work) is a concept and demonstration showcase for VisoTech, a proposed point-of-sale platform. It is not currently an operating commercial service, and no payment, account, or subscription is processed here. This policy explains what happens to any personal information you choose to share with it, through the enquiry form or the WhatsApp button.
This site is operated under the VisoTech name, based in Kenya. For anything in this policy, or to exercise any of the rights below, contact hello@visotech.com.
The enquiry form. If you fill in the "Request demo" form, your browser opens a pre-filled email in your own email application, addressed to us. The name, company, email address, WhatsApp number, timeline, and message you typed are placed into that email. Nothing is transmitted to, or stored on, any server operated by this site — the data only becomes ours once you actually send that email, at which point it is held in our email inbox like any other message we receive.
The WhatsApp button. Clicking it opens a chat with our number on WhatsApp, pre-filled with a starter message. This hands you off to WhatsApp (operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. / Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd), which processes that conversation under its own privacy policy, not this one.
Theme preference. If you switch between light and dark mode, that choice is saved in your browser's local storage so it's remembered next visit. This never leaves your device and is not shared with us or anyone else.
What we don't do. This page runs no analytics, no advertising trackers, and no third-party tracking cookies, and it does not sell or share personal data with any other party.
Any email or WhatsApp message you send us is used only to respond to your enquiry — to understand your business and discuss whether VisoTech could fit it. We keep that correspondence for as long as is reasonably necessary to handle the enquiry and any relationship that follows from it, and no longer than needed for that purpose, after which it may be deleted.
If you are in Kenya, this data is handled in line with the Data Protection Act, 2019, and you may raise a concern with the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (ODPC) if you believe it has not been.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with comparable data protection law, we aim to honour the same underlying rights those laws grant: to know what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to object to or restrict how it's used, to receive a copy of it, and to complain to your local supervisory authority. Since no account or database exists behind this page, most requests are as simple as asking us to delete a specific email thread — write to hello@visotech.com and we will act on it.
This page is intended for business owners and decision-makers, not children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
If how this page handles data changes — for instance, if VisoTech moves from a concept page to an operating service with real accounts — this policy will be updated to reflect that, and the date at the top will change.
